Anti-Polio Campaign in the news!

Plan to attend our meeting on Thursday, March 7, for an update on Rotary's Polio Plus Project. 

Per the Wall Street Journal on Feb 28, 2013, Mayor Michael Bloomberg is joining the Bill & Linda Gates Foundation in donating to polio eradication.  Rotary is listed as one of the organizations fighting the disease, partnered with the Global Polio Eradication Initiative, the World Health Organization, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.  Learn more about Polio Plus at our meeting!
