A collaboration between The Burnsville Breakfast Rotary and the Burnsville Alternative High School (which began in 2007) recently provided iPads to Stephanie Mueller's Communication & Language Arts Class for grades 10-11-12.  The iPads are instructional tools students are using to effectively engage in learning, including preparing presentations on today's hot topics.  Using iPads for research, students will learn how to solve real problems and  become more aware of their local community.

"We are excited about this project and the potential it has to help us achieve our mission of preparing students to be real world ready", commented Randy Clegg, Superintendent of Schools, District 191.
