Sleep in Heavenly Peace - 160 beds and a ton of sawdust!
SiHP believes that a bed is a basic need for the proper physical, emotional, and mental support that a child needs. Their motto is “No kid sleeps on the floor in our town”
This past Thursday, John Gordan, Greg Ludvigsen, John & Cathy Gregg, Annette Bellows & her brother Craig, Will Johnson & his son Zedekiah, showed up at Sleep in Heavenly Peace to make over 160 beds.
Okay, there were another 192 volunteers as well….
We cut and sanded a LOT of 1” x 4” x 8’….
