On June 18, about 100 Rotarians and friends gathered at the Minnesota Valley Country Club to thank Bob Stowell, outgoing District Governor from the Burnsville Breakfast Rotary, for a wonderful year of leadership--and to welcome incoming DG Diann Kirby to her new role. Diann will officially take over as DG on July 1.
